At NATHABIT we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.

The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.

Role: Associate / Assistant Manager - Central Business Analytics / Senior Business Analyst

• Monitor, analyze & drive overall strategy for business, brand & customer experience across product, sales, e-commerce, content & growth channels.
• Reporting to Founder.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data across all business functions - product, sales, media & operations to arrive at meaningful insights
• Analyse customer behaviour across channels
• Analyse impact of content, channel or marketing efforts
• Device monitoring setups for quick decision making
• Monitor category / product performance, market share, growth, profitability, competition
• Identify pivot opportunities, closure needs, improvement markers
• Identify opportunities of higher LTV/CAC
• Strategise & ideate customer purchase journey, repeat purchase & loyalty
• Ideate & execute experiential improvements /delight moments for customers
• Derive insights in material management, manufacturing, other operations
• Strategise scale & capability building

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors of Engineering / Maths / Statistics / Economics OR MBA from a premier institute
• 1-4 yrs of experience
• Very strong analytical skills
• Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind
• Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet
• SQL & coding Skills
• Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects
• Thorough and organized
• Start-up enthusiast
