Are all your products 100% natural?
Yes, all our products are 100% natural or naturally derived. We do not use any chemical agents or chemical preservatives in any of our products. This means that we are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS, sulphates, silicones, polysorbates and PEG too.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin & hair and for children?
Yes, most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin & for children. They have been built with 100% natural / naturally derived ingredients and have then been tested across different skin types to ensure maximum compatibility & minimal allergic or sensitivity issues. Do I have to keep all your products in refrigerator?
No, not all products. Only some products contain perishable ingredients such as yoghurt and hence need to be refrigerated. You can find refrigeration instructions at the back of the product pouch. If you do not see any refrigeration instructions, you can safely keep the product at room temperature.
