Balances Sebum Without Stripping Skin

This moisturiser brings lightweight emollients and non-comedogenic hydrators that mimic skin’s own sebum, helping regulate oil production while preventing rebound greasiness. It moisturises without clogging, keeping skin comfortably matte.

icon

Calms Breakout-Driven Inflammation

Bioactive neem, tea-tree and herbs in the formula help soothe inflamed sebaceous glands and reduce inflammation. The result? A visibly calmer skin tone, even when pimples threaten to flare.

icon

Purifies Pores and Controls Bacterial Load

Rich phytocompounds with their broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity target the bacteria linked with acne, helping keep pores clean, reducing the chances of future breakouts while preserving the microbiome’s healthy balance.

icon

Accelerates Healing of Acne Marks and Scars

Aloe-based mucopolysaccharides and oil-soluble actives assist in skin turnover, reducing the visibility of dark spots, scars, and uneven patches over time.

icon

Maintains Hydration Without Heaviness

It uses a synergy of humectants and featherlight lipids that penetrate quickly without leaving residue, ensuring skin stays plump, not sticky.

icon

Reinforces the Skin Barrier Against External Irritants

The gentle emollients and skin-compatible lipids of moisturiser support barrier repair, making skin more resilient to pollution, dust, and acne-triggering irritants in the environment.

Sebum Overproduction

Androgen hormones stimulate sebaceous glands to produce excess oil, which mixes with dead skin cells and clogs pores, setting the perfect stage for acne. Regulating oil production with ingredients like neem, tea tree, or mulethi helps reduce pore congestion and the likelihood of breakouts.

icon

Follicular Hyperkeratinization

In acne-prone skin, keratinocytes (skin cells) don’t shed properly and accumulate within pores, forming microcomedones. This buildup traps sebum, leading to non-inflammatory (whiteheads/blackheads) and inflammatory acne. Daily gentle exfoliation with AHAs or fruit enzymes can prevent blockages and maintain healthy skin turnover.

icon

Bacterial Overgrowth (C. acnes)

The anaerobic bacteria thrive in clogged, oil-filled follicles, releasing inflammatory mediators that trigger swelling, redness, and pus-filled pimples. Using antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agents like tea tree oil, neem oil can inhibit bacterial growth and reduce inflammation.

icon

Inflammatory Response

Once the follicle wall breaks due to pressure or an immune response, the surrounding skin tissue becomes inflamed. This inflammation intensifies redness, swelling, and pain. Calming ingredients like aloe vera help soothe irritation and speed healing.

icon

Hormonal, Diet & Lifestyle Change

Hormonal fluctuations - from menstrual cycles, PCOS, stress, or puberty - can spike androgen levels, leading to excess sebum and cystic breakouts. At the same time, dietary and lifestyle factors like high-glycemic foods, dairy, and inflammation-inducing habits can further drive oil production and acne. Supporting hormonal balance with adaptogens like ashwagandha and adopting a low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory diet rich in antioxidants, omega-3s, and zinc can help manage acne at its root.

icon

Barrier Dysfunction & Overcleansing

Stripping the skin of its natural oils through harsh cleansers or overwashing can impair the lipid barrier, causing rebound oil production and sensitivity. Using a mild, pH-balanced cleanser and restoring moisture with non-comedogenic hydrators like aloe vera helps preserve barrier health and prevent acne cycles.
