Indulge in regular non-drying cleansing
Cleanse your skin well with non-drying cleansers to maintain pH level & for better penetration of products. Avoid harsh cleansers & scrubs with surfactants, sulfates, parabens & fragrances.
Keep your skin well hydrated
Use hydrating natural toners. Avoid alcohol based toner as they strip off natural moisture, making skin even drier. You can also use<a href="https://nathabit.in/face-care/face-gels/aloe-gel"> Pure Aloe Vera gel</a>.
Moisturise your skin well at least twice a day
Avoid glycerine based moisturisers as they draw out moisture from lipids, hence weakening them. Instead use moisture promoting & retaining ingredients like pure oils, dhaut ghrit, & milk for deeper penetration & nourishment. You can also DOUBLE moisturise your skin by using facial oils with your regular moisturiser.
Avoid steam baths or washing face with hot water
Hot showers & water will dry out skin, leaving it flaky & cracked. You can use lukewarm water.
